Hyderabad is innovation and technology are the key factors to set up in the 5th place in rankings through out world.
According studies conducted Bangalore becomes the 1st place in India.Both the cities Hyderabad and Bangalore are the similar characteristics in their technology and investment management.Over 42 variables were examined in this survey.Based on this 40% weight age is given to Socio-economic factors,GDP, population,air passengers,corporate head quarters and foreign direct investment.
According to studies 30% weight age given based on commercial real estate momentum which encompasses changes are the main factors related to constructions,rents,investment and more.The main factors developing Bangolore and Hyderabad are educational, real State,manufacturing, business ,export and import raising day by day from these cities.
